"As a dedicated mental health professional and counsellor, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. True, lasting change doesn't happen by accident; it happens through intention.

My practice blends a deep, person-centred approach with practical frameworks. Together, we will look at where you are now and where you want to be. We might weave together the practical structure of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to tackle anxiety and looping thoughts, with the rich insight of Narrative and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you rewrite your story based on your core values.

We focus on the 'small shifts'—the daily, achievable steps that collectively create a massive impact on your confidence, relationships, and self-belief."
